Our Mission

The mission of the High Commission is to represent and uphold the political, social and economic interests of the Government and people of Fiji in the United Kingdom and in those other states it is accredited to, namely, the Federal Republic of Germany, Kingdom of Denmark, Arab Republic of Egypt, Republic of Ireland, State of Israel and The Holy See. 

 It also makes representation in those institutions of the Commonwealth of Nations of which Fiji is a member, the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), and the International Sugar Organisation (ISO).

Moreover, the High Commission has an obligation to assist Fiji citizens resident in or visiting the United Kingdom and Europe in matters of a consular nature.

In co-operation with the Fiji Trade and Investment Bureau and the Fiji Visitors Bureau it facilitates exchanges between commercial interests, non-governmental organisations, government agencies and individuals in Fiji with those in Europe.
