Fiji citizens resident in the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, The Vatican and Israel for more than 3 months are requested to register or re-register at the Consular Section of the Fiji High Commission. Registration may be sent by fax, post or email, or by submitting the form below.

Please supply the following information for registration:

i. Full Names (as in passport);

ii. Date of Birth;

iii. Place of Birth;

iv. Passport Number [Date of Issue];

v. Residential and Business Address;

vi. Contact Details [Phone/ Fax/Email]
